Welcome to GMB Custom Apparel! We are excited to have you here. These Terms and Conditions outline the guidelines and regulations that govern your use of our wide range of products and services. By placing an order with us, you are acknowledging and accepting these terms, which are designed to ensure a clear understanding between us and provide a positive experience for all of our valued customers.
2. Orders & Production Timelines
- Orders are processed once full payment and final artwork approval are received.
- Standard production time is
7-12 business days from the date of approval and payment. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee. Please note, our production days may vary depending on the size of the order.
- Changes to an order after approval may result in delays and additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
- All orders require full payment upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
4. Proofs & Approvals
- Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all aspects of the digital proof before production begins. This includes verifying the layout, spelling, colors, design placement, and any other details. Once approval is given, GMB Custom Apparel will proceed with printing, and any errors found afterward will not be the company’s responsibility. No refunds or reprints will be issued for mistakes that were present in the approved proof.
5. Refund & Exchange Policy
No Refunds on Custom Orders
- Due to the nature of custom printing and embroidery, all sales are final.
- Refunds or replacements are only provided in cases of defective products or errors caused by GMB Custom Apparel.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
- If there is a mistake on
our part (wrong design, size, or color), we will remake the order at no additional cost.
- Claims for defects or errors must be submitted within
5 business days of receiving the order.
- To process a claim, customers must provide clear photos of the issue.
Exchanges
- Non-customized items may be exchanged within
7 business days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
No Refunds on Subscription Services
By enrolling our [Brand Ambassador Program], you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding subscription fees:
- No Refunds: All subscription payments for the Brand Ambassador Program are
non-refundable, regardless of usage, order placement, or participation level. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the subscriber chooses not to utilize program benefits or does not engage with the provided resources.
- Program Value: The subscription grants access to exclusive industry insights, expert guidance, priority support for order production, and other business development resources. These benefits are made available immediately upon enrollment, and therefore, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
- Cancellation Policy: While subscribers may choose to cancel their membership at any time, cancellation will only prevent future billing cycles. No prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining period of an active subscription.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer
local pickup, standard shipping, and expedited shipping options.
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and carrier timelines.
- GMB Custom Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
- Lost or damaged shipments must be reported immediately. We will assist with filing claims but are not responsible for carrier errors.
7. Customer-Supplied Items
- Customers may provide their own garments for printing or embroidery. However, must agree and sign the
Customer Supplied Agreement document
- GMB Custom Apparel is not responsible for damage to customer-supplied items during production.
8. Artwork & Copyright
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to reproduce any artwork submitted.
- GMB Custom Apparel reserves the right to refuse any order containing copyrighted or inappropriate material.
9. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled
before production begins.
- Once production has started, the order is non-refundable.
10. Limitation of Liability
- GMB Custom Apparel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- GMB Custom Apparel reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
