  • Are your websites custom-made? Do you use templates?

    Yes, everything we build is 100 % custom-made. No templates at all! Our designers and developers are experts at carefully crafting a responsive website to be usable and aesthetically pleasing across all devices.

  • How long will it take for my web project to be completed?

    The length of time it takes to create a fully functional website depends on several factors, such as the complexity of the design and the number of revisions you require. We will make every effort to meet the time frame you have in mind. We generally try to work within 5 business ime frame.

  • How does the development process work?

    There are 6 steps in our development process:

    Planning: If the project is a rebuild, we review your current content and make further recommendations for improvement. If it’s a new site, we start gathering information by discussing the subjects and functionality you conceptualize for your site and develop an outline for you.


    Mockup Design: We create a homepage concept including colors, fonts, image style, and layout.


    Design Revision: After reviewing the initial design, you have the opportunity to request changes.


    Development: Once we’ve received your approval on the design, we move on to development.


    Testing: We run a final set of tests to be sure that everything is functional.


    Launch: Once we have your final approval, we launch the site. This marks the end of the project.

  • Do you provide web hosting?

    The website design packages do not include hosting. They only cover website building and site launch, as well as 30 days of support after the final launch. However, you can opt for hosting at an additional cost of just [$$$]/month.

  • What if I need more rounds of revision?

    We suggest you take your time and make sure you catch everything within the included round of revisions. This will save you extra expenses and time.

  • How should I supply the content for my website?

    It is helpful to us if you are able to provide text and photos prior to the designing of the home page mockup.

  • Do I need to have all my content prepared prior to contacting you?

    No. We can get started by using placeholder content while you work towards completing your content.

  • What if I need HELP? Do you offer support?

    Yes, Yes, we offer email support via email. Response time during business hours is usually 24 hours or less. This can take longer if it's outside of business hours.

  • Are there hidden costs associated with web design services?

    No. We discuss with you your website requirements and then price accordingly. If the need to alter the price quote arises, we will communicate this to you before any extra work is started. If changes and/or additions are requested by a client, additional costs will be agreed to.
